Describing people.


Para describir personas en Ingles es necesario llevar el siguiente orden


  1. mencionar la estatura y la complexión.

  2. Iniciar su descripción de arriba hacia abajo es decir empezamos con el pelo, ojos, nariz, boca, etc. Y terminar con el color de piel-


Recuerda que no es necesario describir siempre todos los aspectos pero SI cuidar el orden delos adjetivos que vimos en clase y el orden mencionado arriba para hacer una buena descripción,

Height (estatura)


Short – chaparro

Tall – alto

Average height – estatura media

Build (complexión)

Slim – delgado

Average weight – complexión media

Heavy – pesado

Fat – gordo

Thin- flaco

Skinny – muy flaco

Obesse- obeso

Hair (pelo)

Curly – chino

Wavy – ondulado

Straight – liso

Short - corto

Long - largo

Black - negro

Brown- cafe

Blond - rubio

Bald - pelon

Eyes (ojos)

Big – grandes

Small- chicos

Almond shaped- rasgados

Hayzle – ojos que cambian de color

Nose (nariz)

Big – grande

Small – chica

Regular- mediana

Turned up - respingada

Lips (labios)

Big – grandes

Small – chicos

Wide – gruesos

Thin / slip – delgados

Mouth (boca)

Big – grande

Small – chica

Regular - mediana

Skin (piel)

Light brown ---- moreno claro

Brown --- moreno
